This page explains what personal information Tech Warrior collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Who we are
Tech Warrior is responsible for your personal information. Our information officer is the owner.

What we collect, and why
This website has no forms, no cookies and no tracking. We don’t run analytics, and we don’t show ads.
We only get your personal information when you contact us. If you send us a WhatsApp or call us, we see your name and number and what you tell us. We use them to answer you, and to take and deliver your order. We don’t sell them, and we don’t use them for marketing unless you ask us to.
We use your information to do what you asked us to do (POPIA section 11(1)(b)), or because you agreed to it when you contacted us.
Who else handles it
- Tech Warrior builds and looks after this website for us. Under POPIA they’re our operator: they work on our instructions and keep your information safe.
- Cloudflare hosts the website. Like every web server, it records each visit (your internet address, the time and the page) for a short time, to keep the site secure. Cloudflare runs servers around the world, so these records can be handled outside South Africa under Cloudflare’s own data protection terms.
- WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own privacy policy. When you message us on WhatsApp, Meta’s policy covers that chat as well as ours.
- Our links to Facebook, Instagram and Google take you off this website. Each of those sites has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to deal with your order, then we delete them. If the law asks us to keep a record, for example an invoice for tax, we keep it for as long as the law says.
Keeping it safe
Only the people who take your order see your details. This website uses a secure connection (https), and it stores nothing you type.
What you can ask us
You can ask us:
- what personal information we hold about you;
- to correct it if it’s wrong;
- to delete it;
- to stop using it, if you object.
Send us a WhatsApp or call us on , or email help@techwarrior.co.za. We’ll answer as soon as we can, and there’s no charge for asking.
If you’re not happy
Please tell us first, and we’ll put it right. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.
